These Terms and Conditions apply to DexView, available through philzdemos.com/dexview/, and to the optional philzdemos Dexcom Alerts SMS program used for transactional glucose notifications.
Program Name
The name of the messaging program is philzdemos Dexcom Alerts.
Program Description
philzdemos Dexcom Alerts sends transactional and informational text messages related to Dexcom dashboard activity. Messages may include high glucose alerts, low glucose alerts, reminder alerts while glucose remains out of range, and user-requested test alerts. Messages are sent from +1 443-961-1430.
Consent to Receive Messages
You enroll by signing in to the dashboard settings page, entering your mobile number in the SMS Phone Number field, and saving settings to enable SMS alerts. You are not enrolled unless you choose to provide your number and save SMS alert settings.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your alert settings, current glucose readings, reminder timing, and whether you request a test alert.
Fees and Charges
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Help
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to a supported message or remove your phone number from dashboard settings. For assistance, reply HELP where supported or contact philmeckel@gmail.com.
Eligibility and Use
You are responsible for providing accurate DexView account information, a valid mobile number that you control, and up-to-date alert settings. The service is intended for personal dashboard notifications and not for marketing or promotional messaging.
No Guarantee of Delivery
Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability, third-party service availability, network conditions, and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
